Warranty
All stereo-link products come with a one year limited warranty, covering parts and labor. We will either repair or replace the defective unit at our discretion.
Returns
stereo-link offers a 15 day (from delivery date), money-back guarantee*. During this period you may return it for any reason, but you must contact us by e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (see below) and return your order in its original packaging.
Out of Warranty Service
stereo-link will provide repair service after the warranty period on a fee basis. Please contact us and describe your problem and we will provide you with information on how to send it back to us. We will also e-mail you our current service fees. Generally, if we find a unit to be unrepairable, or too expensive to repair, there will be no charge.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Items returned for refund, replacement or repair, are subject to stereo-link restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by stereo-link before they can be accepted and processed.

To request an RMA and shipping instructions, send us a request to:
support@stereo-link.com. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date
of issuance.
All returned items will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive
at our facility. All products must be returned in original condition
including packaging, documentation, and accessories.
After we receive your return and verify it is in good working condition, we will
issue a credit by the method you used to make the purchase.
Returns that do not include all peripherals and/or cables will have the value of
those items deducted from the refund.
We strongly suggest you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for packages
that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. We would also appreciate an e-mail telling
us when and how you shipped it to us.
Unauthorized or Refused Returns
stereo-link reserves the right to refuse any item without an RMA and return it to the sender freight collect. If an item is accepted without an RMA or after the expiration date, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the Credit. This fee also applies to items returned to us as undeliverable, including returns by foreign customs agencies for non-payment of local fees and taxes.
Shipping - US
stereo-link makes every effort to ship US orders within 2 business days.
There are times when this is not possible, and we will notify you by e-mail whenever this is the case.
Every shipment will have its tracking number sent to the e-mail address you provide
when you place your order. You must provide a valid e-mail address if you want to
be notified about the status of your shipment.
Next Day and Second Day Air is available only upon special request. Customers
requesting Next Day Service must phone in their order before 1:30pm (EST).
Note. Next Day Air shipments receive the highest priority.
Shipments to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes may be delayed slightly due
to increased processing time.
Shipping - Canada, Europe, and other countries
For customers outside the US, the billing and shipping address must be the same.
stereo-link ships to Canada, most EU countries, and other selected countries using the US Postal Service Global Express Mail (EMS).
Processing may take 2 to 4 days, and EMS service normally delivers in 3 - 5 business days.
The package will be insured and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the package is mailed.
In many cases, shipping charges for this service will not be shown on check-out.
We will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours with the exact shipping charge based on your order.
We will not charge your credit card until we receive your approval. Additional information can
can be found under the Shipping item in the webstore.
In Europe, products imported from non-EU countries are subject to taxes and clearance fees, and the customs service will require payment
at the time the package is delivered. Click here
